1. Service Agreement
By placing an order with Pixline, you agree to the scope, timeline and pricing described in your selected package or quotation. Any changes to scope after work begins may impact timelines and pricing.
2. Project Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines depend on the chosen package and timely receipt of required content, feedback and approvals from the client. Delays in client response may extend the delivery schedule.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements and brand materials
- Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner
- Ensure that any content supplied does not infringe on third-party rights
4. Payment Conditions
An advance payment may be required to start work. The remaining balance is payable as per the milestones agreed at the time of order.
5. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client. Pixline retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pixline is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
