1. Before Work Starts
Orders that are cancelled before development work has started are eligible for a full refund, less any payment-gateway charges incurred.
2. After Work Begins
Once development has begun, refunds are processed on a milestone basis. The portion of work already completed is non-refundable, and the unutilized portion may be refunded at our discretion.
3. Completed Services
Completed digital services and delivered websites are non-refundable, as the work and deliverables have already been provided to the client.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
