1. Digital Delivery
All services are delivered digitally via email, secure cloud links (such as Google Drive or hosting deployments) or directly through client communication systems such as WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Starter Website: 3–5 business days
- Business Website: 7–10 business days
- Ecommerce Website: 12–18 business days
- Custom projects: as per agreed timeline at the time of order
Timelines start once we receive all required content and approvals from the client.
3. Support After Delivery
Every project includes 14 days of free post-delivery support to address bug fixes and minor changes. Ongoing maintenance plans are available on request.
4. No Physical Shipping
Pixline does not ship any physical goods. All deliverables are digital.
